American SIDS Institute - "A national nonprofit health care organization, dedicated to the prevention of SIDS & the promotion of infant health through an aggressive, comprehensive nationwide program of Research, Clinical Services, Education & Family Support."

Association of SIDS & Infant Mortality Programs - "An association of health & human service providers committed to support & risk reduction activities. Confronting the tragedy of infant death through counseling, education, advocacy & research."

Back to Sleep Campaign - "Placing babies on their backs to sleep reduces the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). This campaign is sponsored by the National Institute of Child Health & Human Development, the Maternal & Child Health Bureau, the American Academy of Pediatrics, First Candle/SIDS Alliance, & the Association of SIDS & Infant Mortality Programs."

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia - "One of the leading pediatric hospitals & research facilities in the world. The nation's first hospital devoted exclusively to caring for children. The birthplace for many dramatic firsts in pediatric medicine."

CJ Foundation for SIDS - "A nationwide voluntary health organization dedicated to recognizing the special needs of the SIDS community through funding SIDS research & support services. The Foundation hopes to increase public awareness of SIDS."

Cribs for Kids - "A safe-sleep education program for low-income moms to help reduce the risk of injury & death of infants due to unsafe sleep environments. Provide a Graco Pack N Play Crib & educational materials regarding safe sleeping & tips to protect your baby."

First Candle/SIDS Alliance - "A national non-profit health organization uniting parents, caregivers & researchers nationwide with government, business & community service groups to advance infant health & survival. With help from a national network of member & partner organizations, we are working to increase public participation & support in the fight against infant mortality."

Grief Share - "A special place where you can find help as you grieve the loss of a family member or friend. This group is sponsored by people who understand what you are experiencing & want to offer you comfort & encouragement during this difficult time."

National SIDS Resource Center - "Provides information services & technical assistance on SIDS & related topics. Our goal is to promote understanding of SIDS & provide comfort to those affected by SIDS through information sharing."

Safe Harbor for Kids - "Abington Memorial Hospital's Safe Harbor program provides free, ongoing grief support groups for children, teens & their parents or caregivers. This is a caring environment where they can come for support & understanding."

SIDS Center of New Jersey - "Provide public health education to reduce the risk of SIDS, emotional support to bereaved families & participates in efforts to learn about possible causes of SIDS."

SIDS Families - "Created in memory of my son, Jacob, to give families a place to come together & commemorate the lives of babies lost to SIDS. We offer parents & family members a comfort zone to come to when they need to talk about the baby they love & miss."

SIDS Network - "A growing collaborative effort of individuals from across the United States & around the world. This site offers up-to-date information as well as support for those who have been touched by the tragedy of SIDS/OID."

SIDS of Pennsylvania - "A non-profit organization, governed by a statewide Board of Directors, whose mission is bereavement support for families whose babies died of sudden infant death syndrome & reducing infant mortality rates throughout Pennsylvania."

SIDS of Southeastern PA - "The goal of this group is to help give each of us the comfort, support, knowledge & tools we need to help us live positive lives in the face of such heartbreaking tragedy. We have come together to learn, listen & share in confidence."

The Compassionate Friends - "A national nonprofit, self-help support organization that offers friendship, understanding, & hope to bereaved parents, grandparents & siblings. We assist families toward the positive resolution of grief following the death of a child."
